You get your weekends back. No more testing strips, no more guessing if the chlorine’s right, no more scrubbing algae off the walls because you waited too long between cleanings.
Your water stays balanced. That means it’s safe to swim in, it doesn’t eat away at your equipment, and it actually looks like the pool you paid for. Proper chemical balancing isn’t just about clarity—it’s about protecting an investment that runs into the tens of thousands.
Your equipment lasts longer. Pumps, filters, heaters—they all run better and break down less when someone’s checking them every week. Small problems get caught early, before they turn into expensive repairs that could’ve been avoided.
You get consistency. Same technician, same schedule, same level of care. They learn how your specific pool behaves, what it needs during Georgia summers, and what to watch for when the seasons change.
Deep Waters Pools has been keeping Henderson Still pools clean and functional for years. We’re not the biggest pool company in Georgia, and we’re fine with that. What matters more is that we show up when we say we will, we know what we’re looking at when we open your equipment pad, and we don’t overcomplicate things.
Douglas County has its own pool challenges. The clay soil, the pollen in spring, the way summer heat spikes algae growth—these aren’t things you read about in a manual. You learn them by actually doing the work here, in this area, on pools like yours.
Our technicians are certified, insured, and trained to spot problems before they cost you money. We’re not here to upsell you on things you don’t need. We’re here to keep your pool running right.
We start with the surface. Skim out leaves, bugs, and debris. Then we brush the walls and steps to knock off anything trying to take hold. Vacuum the floor so sediment doesn’t sit there breaking down your finish.
Next is your water chemistry. We test pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness. Then we adjust what needs adjusting. This isn’t guesswork—it’s measured, it’s documented, and it’s based on what your specific pool needs that week.
Then we check your equipment. Pump basket gets emptied. Filter pressure gets noted. We look for leaks, listen for weird sounds, and make sure everything’s running like it should. If something’s off, you’ll know about it before it becomes a bigger issue.
You get a service report after each visit. It tells you what we did, what we found, and what (if anything) needs attention soon. No surprises, no wondering if we actually showed up.

Every visit covers skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and chemical balancing. We’re testing and treating your water so it stays in the safe range for swimming and for your equipment. That’s the baseline—what every pool needs to stay functional.
We also empty skimmer and pump baskets, backwash or clean your filter as needed, and inspect all visible equipment for signs of wear or failure. Most problems show warning signs if you know what to look for. We do.
In Henderson Still and the surrounding Douglas County area, pollen is a real issue from March through May. We adjust our approach during those months because your pool’s working harder to stay clean. Same goes for summer heat—algae blooms faster when water temps climb, so chemical dosing changes accordingly.
If your pool has a salt system, we monitor salt levels and cell condition. If it’s traditional chlorine, we make sure your chlorinator’s feeding correctly. Different systems need different attention, and we handle both.
You’re not locked into anything you don’t need. Weekly service makes sense for most pools. Bi-weekly works if your pool isn’t getting much use. We’ll tell you honestly what makes sense for your situation.
Most residential pool cleaning in Georgia runs between $80 and $150 per month for weekly service. That breaks down to about $20 to $40 per visit depending on your pool size, what type of system you have, and what condition it’s in when we start.
Larger pools cost more because they take more chemicals and more time. Pools with more equipment—heaters, automation, water features—cost a bit more because there’s more to check and maintain. If your pool’s been neglected and needs extra work to get it back to normal, the first few visits might run higher until we get it stabilized.
We’ll give you an exact price after we see your pool. No guessing, no ranges, just a clear number based on what your specific setup needs.
Yes. Consistency matters because your pool isn’t exactly like every other pool, and it helps when the same person is looking at it week after week.
They’ll learn how your equipment sounds when it’s running right. They’ll know which corner of your pool collects the most debris. They’ll remember that your filter pressure runs a little high normally, so they’re not alarmed by something that’s actually fine for your system.
If your regular technician is out sick or on vacation, we’ll let you know ahead of time and send someone else who’s fully briefed on your pool. But that’s the exception, not the standard.
We’ll tell you about it the same day, usually with a photo so you can see what we’re seeing. Then we’ll explain what it means, what needs to happen, and what it’ll probably cost.
Small stuff—a worn O-ring, a loose connection, a clogged impeller—we can often handle right then if you approve it. Bigger issues like a failing pump or a cracked filter housing, we’ll give you a written estimate before we do anything.
You’re never obligated to use us for repairs, but most clients do because we’re already familiar with their setup and we’ve already diagnosed the problem. We don’t mark up parts like some companies do, and we don’t recommend replacements when a repair will work fine.
We service pools year-round because pools need attention even when you’re not swimming in them. Georgia winters are mild enough that most pools stay open, and that means they still need circulation, chemical balance, and equipment checks.
If you do close your pool for winter, we handle that too. Proper winterization prevents freeze damage, keeps your water from turning into a swamp, and makes spring opening a lot easier. Then we’ll open it back up when you’re ready to swim again.
A lot of Henderson Still pools stay operational through winter with a heater, especially around the golf course area where homes are newer and pools are built for extended seasons. We adjust service frequency based on usage, but we don’t just disappear from November to March like some companies do.
Properly balanced water is clear, doesn’t irritate your skin or eyes, and doesn’t damage your equipment or pool surface. The numbers that matter most are pH (should be 7.4 to 7.6), chlorine (1 to 3 ppm for most pools), alkalinity (80 to 120 ppm), and calcium hardness (200 to 400 ppm).
When those levels are off, you’ll notice. Low pH makes water acidic, which etches plaster and corrodes metal parts. High pH makes chlorine less effective and causes cloudy water. Low chlorine means algae and bacteria can grow. High calcium leads to scaling on your tile and inside your equipment.
We test all of this every visit and adjust what needs adjusting. You’ll see the numbers on your service report, so you always know where your water stands. If something’s consistently running high or low, that usually points to an underlying issue we can fix.
Not much, honestly. That’s the point of having a service. But if you see a bunch of leaves after a storm, skim them out. If something looks obviously wrong—water’s turning green, equipment’s making a horrible noise, there’s water leaking everywhere—call us before the next scheduled visit.
Run your pump on its normal schedule. Don’t mess with the timer settings or the chemical feeder unless we’ve talked about it. If you’re adding water from your hose because the level dropped, that’s fine, but let us know so we can account for it when we balance your chemicals.
Most problems happen when homeowners start adjusting things between visits because they think something’s wrong. Usually it’s fine, and the adjustment actually creates the problem. If you’re unsure about anything, just text or call. We’d rather answer a quick question than show up to a pool that’s been “helped” into worse shape.
